Health Fairs and Screenings
7Company will coordinate and manage your customized free
health fair. Our staff will work closely with you to identify the health and
wellness needs of your organization and bring in practitioners and exhibitors
who match these needs from our consortium.
A health fair can be held anytime, however it is generally held during the
business week, during the day. The fair can be anywhere from 2 hours up to 4
hours. A typical health fair would be on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from
11 am - 2 pm. It is best to avoid scheduling before a major holiday or during
another corporate event. You'll want to obtain management approval so that at
least half of your employees may attend. We ask you to provide a large space or
room to allow the exhibitors to display and for the employees to move about
comfortably. Exhibitors generally require a 6' table and 2 chairs and some may
require electrical outlets. Our staff will work closely with you to review the
requirements and provide you with an exhibitor list.
7Company can also arrange for health screenings and services
such as cholesterol, glucose, bone density, blood pressure and massage. However,
there is a fee charged for these services. Our staff can provide you with
flyers, posters, and other ideas to advertise your health fair internally. In
addition, we can arrange for decorations and food to be provided at your health
fair for an additional fee.

Stress Seminars
 Our
Stress Seminars are very popular and are mini health fairs designed around one
area of concern. They can be offered in a one or two hour format depending on
the number of employees that are interested. We bring in several practitioners
who specialize in stress such as a chiropractor, acupuncturist, fitness trainer,
nutritionist and stress management coach. These fairs are very interactive and
your employees have the opportunity to learn about different modalities for
managing stress.
Education Fairs

education and self improvement is very important for the ongoing development of

"education fair". At this fair, we bring in education providers from around the
area. Institutions such as Stratford University, Strayer University and
University of Phoenix are just a few of the colleges that we can bring to you.

from handcrafted items to popular home based businesses such as Southern Living
At Home, Pampered Chef and more. Jewelry vendors, skincare, chocolates and more.
