Dr. Tedd R. Puckett, MD, Medical Director (Board certified Eye Surgeon)

Dr. Puckett graduated Magna Cum Laude at the University of Denver in 1984 with majors in Biology and Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics. He attended medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences at Bethesda, Maryland. He completed a medical/surgical internship at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Puckett completed his Ophthalmology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. in 1993.

Dr. Puckett practiced comprehensive ophthalmology at Fort Stewart, Georgia from 1993 to 1999. During this time he became a Diplomate (Certified Specialist) of the American Board of Ophthalmology, completed a Fellowship training in Diseases of the Retina and Vitreous and was certified by the American Board of Eye Surgery with specialty in cataract surgery.

Dr. Puckett has been in private practice in Southwest Virginia since 1999. Offices are located in Christiansburg and Wytheville. He continues to practice comprehensive Medical and Surgical Ophthalmology including treatment for cataracts, retinal, vitreous, glaucoma and pediatrics.

Dr. Puckett. is currently serving as a Director of the Virginia State Medical Society of Ophthalmology (VSO).

Susan Lee, Wellness & Sales Consultant

Susan Lee joins 7Company Weight Loss Center as Wellness & Sales Consultant.

Susan is active in the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce as one of the Chamber’s Ambassadors and was named the 2008 Ambassador of the Year. In addition, she is a member of the Chamber’s Women In Business Alliance. Susan serves on the Board of Directors for the Fur Baby Food Bank.

Susan became a client of 7Company Weight Loss & Wellness Center at the end of March of this year. Her goal was to lose weight and she recently announced “I have lost 50 pounds using the Ideal Protein program at 7Company!” Susan’s success has inspired many women in Leesburg to also participate in the Ideal Protein weight loss program. Susan’s success with her weight loss program resulted in her developing a passion to help others to lose weight and that passion is being realized through her joining 7Company.

Elizabeth Fisher, Marketing

Elizabeth joins 7Company with an extensive background in medical marketing, medical practice management, customer service, and project management. She has quickly undertaken a variety of roles within 7Company, including management of some of the fall corporate wellness fairs as well as marketing graphic design.

Prior to joining 7Company, she had identified certain needs of local businesses and individuals, and chose to leverage her combined experience in customer service and project management by forming Loudoun Concierge, LLC, which provides creative solutions such as marketing and graphic design, along with general outsourced staffing support for companies in the Northern Virginia area. It was through this organization that she found her way to Seven Company with a desire to assist them in managing its ongoing growth while maintaining its mission of providing an outstanding quality of service while meeting the needs of its clientele.

Karen Miller, RN (Registered Nurse), BSN

7Company Weight Loss & Wellness Center is proud to have Registered Nurse, Karen Miller, on our staff. Karen received her Bachelors Of Science Degree from Mountain State University in Martinsburg, WV. She specializes in Behavioral Health. She enjoys establishing therapeutic relationships with patients and her compassion as a coach has endeared her to our clients and staff.

Karen learned about the Ideal Weight Loss Program from her physician who recommended it to her. She has been extremely successful on the program and like many of our clients, was pleasantly surprised to find out how easy it was to follow the protocol.

Karen lives in Harper's Ferry with her daughter, Aili, and cares for her 89 year old mother, Hazel.

Pam Schaffer, Weight Loss Coach

Pam Schaffer has spent most of her career in the retail and financial services industries. As a manager, she has a track record for motivating employees and turning organizations into top performers. Recently, she resigned her management position in banking to turn around something even more important… her health. In July, Pam became a customer of Seven & Company Weight Loss and Wellness center. Since then, has she lost over 50 pounds and joined 7Company as a Weight Loss Coach.
