Toni Reinhart spent over twenty years in the computer industry as an IT training manager.  During the dot com bust of 2001 she re-evaluated her career choices and went looking for a way to become in involved in her community while working at something that would make a positive difference in people’s lives.  Her search led her to Comfort Keepers, a company providing in-home care to the elderly and disabled.   She felt her considerable managerial skills and empathy for people would be a good match for a home health care company.

Ms. Reinhart founded her Comfort Keepers office in Herndon, Virginia in the fall of 2001.   Since then, she has grown her office to sales of over one million dollars a year and won the 2007 Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce’s award for Outstanding Mid-Size Business.  In addition to helping over 100 seniors and disabled adults a week stay in the comfort and security of their own homes, she devotes many hours to charity and community service work.  Ms. Reinhart has chaired the very successful Loudoun Senior Expo for the last two years, the Alzheimer’s walk for Loudoun county,  the first Arthritis Walk in Western Fairfax County, and co-founded the Women’s Networking Lunch of Herndon – which has spawned numerous women’s groups in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.  Ms. Reinhart spends her spare time skiing moguls with her husband, William, with whom she shares a home in Reston with their dog and two cats.
