1 Ideal Protein crispy cereal mix (dry), crushed
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
¼ tsp. dried chives
Pinch of baking powder
1 tsp. olive oil
3 T. water
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ingredients thoroughly
3. Add the liquid ingredients, stir to mix
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; spread batter very thin with a spatula or back of spoon sprayed with cooking spray (to prevent sticking)
5. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven; cut in cracker size pieces with a pizza cutter. Flip pieces over and bake an additional 5 minutes or more.
6. Watch the crackers closely towards the end of cooking time since they will bake quickly.
7. Cool completely.
