Health Screening Program Manager (Part-time+ 30-35hrs/w.)
Location: Western Loudoun County, VA

        Responsibilities:
  • Oversee health screening programs for 7Company. 
  • Manage health fairs overall and on site screening staff
  • Participate as screening staffing as needed
  • Timely preparation of all reposts associated with screenings and health fairs other documentation as assigned.
  • Phone duties: Identify and schedule vendor/exhibitors for health fairs.
  • Transport medical testing equipment between office and screening site.
  • Estimated 75% of time will involve local travel around the DC metro region.
 
        Skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience performing cholesterol/glucose, blood pressure/body fat testing and participant counseling.
  • Training is provided.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self starter, enthusiastic with superior telephone and customer service ethic.
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
 
Hours: Although this position will start as part-time (30-35 hours a week), it is expected to evolve into full time, in the near future.
Pay Range $14-$16 /hour depending on experience.

Office Administrator
Looking for an energetic administrative minded person for an exciting growth orientated position. Excellent phone skills are a must. Involved in every aspect of client services. Answer phone. Organizational abilities are extremely important. Set-up and maintain schedule of events, maintain excel spreadsheets, prepare emails. Coordinate with clients on details of projects. Some prospecting for new clients is required. Perform responsibilities such as meeting documentation, client emails, faxes and follow-up phone calls. Sales skills a plus.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher. Customer database experience a plus.  Excellent phone skills required.
Sales experience not required but encouraged. 

Location:  Home based office in Aldie, VA.

Compensation:  35- 40 hours a week, No Benefits, $15 - $18 an hour based on experience.
