Office Administrator.
Looking for an energetic administrative minded person
for an exciting growth orientated position. Excellent
phone skills are a must. Involved in every aspect of
client services. Answer phone. Organizational abilities
are extremely important. Set-up and maintain schedule of
events, maintain excel spreadsheets, prepare emails.
Coordinate with clients on details of projects. Some
prospecting for new clients is required. Perform
responsibilities such as meeting documentation, client
emails, faxes and follow-up phone calls. Sales skills a
plus.
Qualifications:
High
School Diploma required.
Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office,
including Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher.
Customer database experience a plus. Excellent
phone skills required.
Sales experience not required but encouraged.
Location:
Home based office
in Aldie, VA.
Compensation:
35- 40 hours a
week, No Benefits, $15 - $18 an hour based on
experience.
