Our highly successful weight loss program is a restricted carb, high protein plan created by a Physician in Europe 23 years ago. The program was incorporated by IDEAL PROTEIN 13 years ago & is exclusively available from Accredited Health Care Professionals.  It received FDA approval and was introduced in the United States in 2008. It is a healthy protocol with proven, long lasting results.  It naturally suppresses the appetite, promotes energy & re-establishes Pancreatic Function (Insulin).  The program is administered in 4 phases & clients can expect to lose between 3 – 7 pounds a week.

This weight loss program consists of four phases.

  • Phase 1:  You will be on this phase until you've lost 90% of your weight loss goal.  You will eat a breakfast, lunch and snack with food we provide you.  Dinner consists of a healthy lean protein meal on your own with certain vegetables and lettuce.  In Phase 1 you will learn portion control.
  • Phase 2:  We will reduce the Ideal foods to 2 per day and continue the Ideal plan until you've reached 100% of your goal.  This means you will eat lunch and dinner on your own, but continue to have a lean protein with vegetables and lettuce.
  • Phase 3:  For weight loss stabilization, we will re-introduce moderate amounts of fats and carbohydrates to your diet for 14 days.  At this time, you will re-introduce breakfast and have one Ideal food per day.
  • Phase 4:  You will continue to eat the way you have learned to eat on the program by choosing healthy foods and the right combinations of foods.
