I joined Ideal Protein in April of this year and I am thrilled to tell you this is the first time in my life given all the other “diets” I’ve tried, that I am getting consistent results on a weekly basis. I have lost an average of 5 lbs. per week. I am on my 8th week of the program with 35 lbs. lost and I feel like a new person! My clothes fit, people notice my body changing, I sleep better, I have more energy, and the list goes on! Losing weight is amazing, but the best part about the program is the support I have been getting from the staff. Everyone is encouraging and patient and really seems to have a clear understanding about the struggles the clients might be having and help us to overcome the obstacles that we face on a daily basis, especially around food situations.
