| On February 20, 2010, I attended an open house and ribbon cutting for 7Company Weight Loss at their new Leesburg location. As a member of the Loudoun County Chamber Of Commerce, I try to support other small businesses. Little did I realize that my life was about to change. During the open house I had an opportunity to meet with Jennifer Seven and have a body composition taken.
As Jennifer and I went over the results of my body composition, Jennifer explained the programs offered by 7Company. I liked what I heard and knew in my heart that this place was different and that this program could and would work. As Jennifer and I spoke, I became extremely emotional about my weight gain. I felt shame. How did I go from being thin and in good shape to being 40 to 50 pounds overweight? I had tried different diets and nothing worked for me.
Several weeks later, I attended one of their seminars to learn more about the Ideal Protein program offered by 7Company. The information convinced me to start the program. Like many women, especially those of us who have gone through menopause, my body had changed through no fault of my own. It was if, my body had rebelled against me. Now I understood what happened and that there was a solution.

| The results have been amazing. In my first 12 weeks on the program, I have dropped 37 ½ pounds and have lost 26 ½ inches. This is with no exercise and yet, I look as if I have been hitting the gym daily. Best of all the inches disappeared from the exact places I wanted to drop inches. One of my friends joked that it was too bad that they didn't measure my face before I started the program. With Ideal Protein, your muscles are protected, so the weight lost has been fat. Pictures of my face from the first week on the program do not even look like me today. In 12 weeks not only am I much thinner, but I look much younger.
I am now shopping in my closet, so to speak, wearing clothes that I have not been able to wear in years.
The folks at 7Company have been extremely supportive. I look forward to the workshops and behavior modification classes which are always fantastic. Throughout this journey I have not been alone and quite frankly, this program has been easy. I just follow the plan. The food is delicious unlike other programs that I have tried unsuccessfully. I used to crave sweets, now I crave salads and broccoli!
Knowledge is power and 7Company gives you the tools to be able to keep off the weight once you have completed the program.
One of the greatest rewards has been that a number of people I know have started the program. Hopefully, I can continue to inspire others who have given up hope of ever getting back to their previous weight. The program works for everyone. I am convinced that anyone who follows the program can and will get the results that I have experienced. Whether you want to loose 10 pounds or 110 pounds, I completely endorse 7Company and their weight loss programs.
