What The Tune-Up Includes

3 weeks of 5-day meal plans so you can commit to eating clean Monday through Friday and use your weekends however you’d like. (Totally doable, right?)

Each meal plan maps out your daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and comes with an itemized grocery list and prep guide.

Meal plans can easily be modified to suit your needs.

Three Group Zoom calls for education, motivation and accountability.

The group calls will give us an opportunity to discuss the meal plans and discuss tips for being successful.

Kick-Off call on Thursday, January 28, 2nd Call Thursday, February 4, last call Thursday, February 11.

Private Facebook Group for support, motivation and accountability.

I’ve included the simplest, most budget-friendly recipes to save you both time and money.

Each week will build off of the previous, so you will always use up ingredients and repurpose leftovers.

Every night, dinner will make enough for there to be leftovers to pack for lunch the next day.
