1 egg white

4 tbsp water

½ tsp baking powder

1 pk splenda

Baking Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together and use a spoon to portion them into a mini muffin tin.

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes

Watch them closely because they brown quickly.

Oatmeal Cookies Recipe for Phase 1 with Ideal Protein™

Oatmeal cookies are a popular dessert snack food known to pack on the pounds, but not anymore! We know that cookies are such a popular dessert snack food, so we decided to come up with a recipe that will not only satisfy your cravings, but not ruin your diet either.
With other diet programs, you can’t even think about having a cookie. 7Company knows cookies are a favorite, so we’ve come up with this excellent Phase 1 Recipe for Oatmeal Cookies using Ideal Protein™ so you don’t have to skip out on your favorite dessert snack food. They’re so tasty you won’t even know that they’re healthy cookies!

1 Ideal Protein™ oatmeal packet

1 Ideal Protein™ butterscotch or chocolate pudding packet

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 Pkt Splenda or Stevia

a sprinkle of cinnamon, to taste

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg white

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Just enough water for cookie dough texture

Baking Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients, then add the last 3 liquid ingredients to reach a cookie dough texture.
Spray cookie sheet lightly with Pam olive oil spray and place 10 cookies on the sheet.
Bake at 325°F for 6-9 minutes or until desired degree of moisture.
Test center of cookie with toothpick to see if baked.
