When you visit the 7Company home page, the first thing you’ll see is a BMI calculator. This is a basic metric used in the healthcare field to compare your height and weight and tell you if you lie in a healthy range, and if not, how much weight you may need to lose. While this scale doesn’t take into account your complete body composition, it is a good starting point. When you visit our clinic for the first time, you will be given an InBody scan for a quick, but in-depth analysis of your muscle mass, skeletal mass, water content, fat mass, and more.

Chili Pizza – try it tonight!

Hearty Chili Pizza – Perfect for dinner tonight!

7Company has recipes that will make losing weight on the Ideal Protein™ program seem like you are not sacrificing at all.  This Chili Pizza is a hearty satisfying dish that is chock full of healthy ingredients to help you stay healthy while losing weight!

Chili Pizza

1 Ideal Protein™ Maple Oatmeal
1 Ideal Protein™ Vegetable Chili
½ Tsp baking powder
3 Pinches of baking soda
4 Oz  hot water
¼ Tsp olive oil
¼ Tsp dried basil
¼  Tsp dried oregano

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F – Blend the contents of the oatmeal and the chili together with baking powder, baking soda, hot water, olive oil and dried herbs until water is absorbed.  Spoon mixture into two pizza rounds on a baking tray and flatten out. Bake for 15 mins and remove from oven.

I  Cup tomatoes
1 Clove Garlic
¼  Tsp Dried Basil
¼  Tsp  Dried Orageno
¼  Tsp Sea salt
Hot pepper to taste
Put the sauce ingredients in blender and blend – heat this sauce until it becomes thick.

One cup of select vegetables (chopped)
¼ tsp of olive oil
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Heat the vegetables with olive oil until soft add salt and pepper.
Spread the tomato sauce on pizza and add vegetables on top

Puerto Rican Pasta – A spicy tropical pasta dish made with Ideal Protein™ Ingredients!

Yes, we did say Puerto Rican Pasta Dish. Yes, this is 7Company Weight Loss and Wellness. Yes, we help people lose weight and get healthy and yes, we are telling you to make and eat a pasta dish.

At 7Company we want you to help you lose weight and we want you to do so without having you feel deprived. On the 7Company Ideal Protein™ diet, you can eat pasta and dessert.  Here is a great recipe that we showed our members at our latest cooking demo.  It is a delicious satisfying Ideal Protein™ pasta dish that your entire family will love!

1 Serving Ideal Protein™ Plain Rotini

2-3 oz Lean Ground Turkey

Walden Farms Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce

1tsp Sofrito

1 Pinch of Sazon Goya


1/2 tsp crushed Garlic

Salt and Pepper to taste

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray

The night before, season Turkey with Sazon Goya and garlic. Spray a saucepan with Olive Oil, stir in  Sofrito, garlic and let it cook for 5 minutes, then add the meat and cook until brown. Add oregano and the Walden Farms Pasta Sauce. Cover and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Cook pasta and mix with meat. If you like spicy food, you can add Pepper Flakes to taste.
