Wedding season starts now! Lose weight before the big day. Arooj, a dedicated 7Company member since March, has lost an astonishing 25 pounds in only 2 months, just in time for the happiest day of her life—her wedding in August.

Get hip to the new kale trend with this tasty kale chips recipe!
Kale chips just put a new twist on healthy snacking. Kale is a healthy superfood that can be added to any meal for an extra crunch or even just for plate decoration. Kale is a great addition to your diet as it’s full of vitamins that keep your body going. Kale has a plethora of health benefits such as it’s low in calories, has zero fat, high in fiber, calcium, and rich in antioxidants which help fight cancer. Kale also has high levels of vitamins C, K and A. Kale doesn’t have to taste bland. By turning it into a snack and adding a little seasoning, you won’t even realize you’re following your diet guidelines! Snacks such as chips and buttery popcorn can ruin a good diet in a matter of hours. Those may taste delightful, but they don’t look as delightful on your waistline. Kale is IN and junk food is OUT!
Kale Chips Recipe
Olive oil or grapeseed oil spray
Sea salt for taste
Ground pepper for taste
Dash of garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Pull kale leaves from middle stalk and place on baking sheet.
Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until leaves are crispy (just until the tips of the leaves are turning brown).
