Ginger Dressing

Ideal Protein Phase 1 friendly

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. ginger root (grated)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Splenda or Stevia
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1  tsp. hot pepper sauce (read ingredients/ no sugar added)

Ingredients:

  • Mix vinegar with ginger and let stand for 2 minutes.
  • Strain into a bowl, press to extract liquid.
  • Mix in oil, soy sauce, Splenda, sea salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
