- 4 Cups of vegetables (refer to the Phase 1 select vegetables)
- 4 Ounces of Cooked Chicken
- 1 Packet Ideal Protein Potato Puree for thickening
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
- ½ Tsp of Cumin Powder
- ¼ Tsp of Chili Powder (Optional)
- 2 Cloves crushed Garlic
- ¼ Tsp Sea salt
- ¼ Tsp of Black Pepper
- Cut vegetables into 1/4 inch cubes.
- Boil vegetables.
- Add salt, pepper, and chili powder until soft.
- Add cooked chicken and prepared potato puree.
