Meatballs & Tomato Sauce

MEATBALLS:

  • 8 oz. ground chicken/turkey
  • ¼ tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 T. green onions, chopped
  • 1 T. cilantro, chopped

Mix all the ingredients. Roll into small balls and cook in oven at 350 degrees or air fry until golden brown.

SAUCE:

  • 2 C crushed tomatoes
  • ¼ tsp. oregano
  • ¼ tsp. rosemary
  • ¼ tsp. thyme
  • ¼ tsp. basil leaves
  • ¼ tsp. IP salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tsp. olive oil

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic until brown. Add crushed tomatoes. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat until sauce is thickened. Add meatballs.
