Ideal Protein Phase 1 Friendly
- 1 Ideal Protein Cheddar Cheese Sauce packet
- 1 Cup Jicama peeled and diced
- 1 Cup of Peppers diced (red, yellow, or orange)
- 1 Cup Tomatoes diced
- Chives- 2 long stems of chopped
- Green onions- 2 long stems chopped
- Seasoning blend:
- 1 tsp. Garlic chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Coriander
- ½ tsp. Ideal Protein Salt
- ½ tsp. Black pepper
- Make 1 packet of Ideal Protein Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix according to directions and heat.
- Stir all vegetables and herbs together.
- Blend remaining seasonings together.
- Pour seasoning blend over vegetables and herbs and gently toss to coat vegetables with the seasoning blend.
- Pour heated cheese sauce over seasoned jicama mixture.
